Battery Door
Anybody else had a problem with the battery door on the Sony Cybershot digital cameras?
I have a dsc-s500 model and the little plastic piece on the battery door has cracked. The pressure that the bateries are putting on the door is making it worse, it’s almost broken. And it’s never even been dropped! I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem with the Cybershots. Thanks.
Contact Sony’s warranty department, you might have a case for a replacement door or a replacement camera
